Our Land

Inguz Row sits at nearly 1000 feet atop Chehalem Mountain under the watchful presence of powerful mountains of the Pacific Northwest – Hood, Adams, Rainier, and St. Helens.

Vines are graced with microclimate coastal breezes entering Oregon’s Willamette Valley. It is here where ancient Laurelwood soil nourishes roots. It is here where souls are rejuvenated. It is here where visions become passions. It is here. It is home.

Inguz Row nurtures five acres of 2012 planted pinot noir, chardonnay, pinot gris, and Gewurztraminer in the Laurelwood District AVA within Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

Our Specialties

  • Distinctively situated in the northwest corner of the Willamette Valley AVA, the newly designated Laurelwood District AVA boasts a rare and interesting soil composition giving rise to characteristic wines.

Laurelwood soil is uniquely structured with fine windblown freshwater glacial loess layered atop an ancient 15-million-year-old basalt base.

The fractured basalt base allows deep root growth and good drainage for growing vines.

  • Viticultural practices employ meticulous and personalized attention for the production of premium wine grapes of exceptional quality.

Sustainable organic approaches serve the grape, land and people.

Inguz Row partners with Stirling Fox and SWiG for employing the highest standard of care to our vineyard and to each vine.

  • Sustainable, organic forward practices support the land to produce nutrient rich food crops from dense soil through

Plant diversity, year-round living roots, and pollinators

Prioritizing soil health where soil carbon is nurtured through cover crops and local organic dairy farm compost
